About Us
The Wabash Valley Girls Softball League is located in Terre Haute, Indiana. The league was established in 1990 and is currently located at 2601 N 19th Street. It is the philosophy of Wabash Valley Girls Softball League that girls are capable of strong personal commitment, emotional toughness and athletic excellence. Athletic excellence is the development of a player’s innate athletic ability to its fullest potential. It is our purpose to assist girls in attaining these goals by providing an opportunity for them to learn and play softball in a program, which promotes self-responsibility, citizenship, friendship, and fair play among all participants. We believe that coaches should combine patience, positive reinforcement and encouragement in order to instruct players in the sport of softball.
